Tartalmi kivonat:The following paper aims to show that the secret to surviving teaching practice lies in utilizing the various aids and assistance offered to the teacher trainee before and in the course of teaching practice. To support the above statement, first, the general characteristics of good and bad teachers are discussed and the various relationships that play a role in teaching practice are analyzed (along with the responsibilities, fears and mistakes related to trainees), then the various forms of aid and assistance (e.g. methodology class, observation, lesson planning, mentor teacher) are elaborated on in detail. The main points supporting the statement formulated at the beginning of the paper are summarized in the concluding section.
