Tartalmi kivonat:The recent results about the early Hungarian historiography proved that the reconstructed migration routes of the Hungarian tribal federation based on Turkic loanwords in Hungarian are no longer valid, and the Hungarian tribal federation was formed from Finno-Ugric, Turkic, Iranian and Slavic speaking groups under the rule of the Khazar Khaganate during the 7th‒9th centuries having gentile identity. In addition, the analogy of the history of the nomads in Eurasian steppe, the consequences of the early medieval plague and a new approach to trade relations of the Silk Roads could bring new significant results in the research of early Hungarian history.
