Tartalmi kivonat: | Drawing on the two radical innovations in the country music genre – Beyoncé’s album 2024 and Bob Dylan’s 1965 Newport “electric” concert – I would propose that Tamás Nagy was another such innovator, whose work on Law and Literature broke the mould. This article traces the development of Critical Legal Studies into a multi-level, interdisciplinary approach, noting the temporal relationship between the start of the young Bob Dylan and the emergence of social movements of the 1960s. Indeed, it is revealed that the lyrics by songwriters of the time, such as Dylan, can be useful for Critical Legal Studies, as they contain a sustained critique of American law at the time. |
