In den logischen Vorgangsdiagrammen der Rechenverfahren werden — dem System der Gaststättenkontrolle entsprechend — unter Durchführung der mathematischen Berechnungen die Angaben kontrolliert bzw. die Erfüllung der als Konvention festgesetzten Bedingungen oder sogar ihre NichtErfüllung untersucht und bei der Durchführung von weiteren Berechnungen berücksichtigt. Die Kontrolle der Angaben bedeutet eine Hilfe bei Anwesenheit von groben Fehlern, während die von den Untersuchung der Konventionen stammenden Vorgänge die einheitliche Auswertung der Qualifikationen sichern. Zur weiteren Information sind von den Verfassern auf Gesich auch die Programme mit den dazu gehörenden Blankettenplänen erhältlich. Advices are given for the description of two types of programs for the control of the catering trade. In the logical process diagrams of the computing methods — quite according to the system of the controls of the catering trade — during performing the mathematical calculations the data are controlled and also the fulfillment or even the non-fulfillment of the conditions fixed as conventions are examined and taken into account on carrying out any further calculations. The control of data is of great help in finding the error when gross errors appear whereas the procedures applied at the investigation of conventions ensure theuniform evaluation of qualifications.
