Trotzdem wird das Mass der annehmbaren Verunreinigung in internationalen Verhältnis in immer mehr und mehr niedrigeren Werten festgesetzt. Dadurch wird die Adaptierung der verlässlich und rutinmässig anwendbaren Methoden und die Überprüfung der Bedingungen ihrer Verwendung begründet. Die Kontrolle des Methodenbuches vom AOAC vom Jahre 1975 mittels 14C-DDT bzw. 14C-DDE bewies eindeutig die Anwendbarkeit dieser Methode im ungarischen Verhältnis, auf Grund eines Rückgewinnungswertes von (98 + 2%.). The restriction of the use of pesticides of organochlorine type did not give the desired results because the decrease of the level of contamination was of an extent much smaller than the expected one. In contrast to that, the degree of the acceptable contamination is lowered ever more and more internationally. This makes reasonable the adaptation of the methods which are reliable and can be applied in routine tests, and the supervision of the conditions of their application. The control of the Book of Methods of the AOAC issued in 1975 carried out with the use of 14C-DDT and 14C-DDE, respectively, proved unequivocally, on the basis of recovery values of 98 + 2%, the suitability for use of this book in Hungarian relations. |
