| Tartalmi kivonat: | Von den zwecks Erhöhung der Ausbeute nicht anwendbaren Antibiotika nur der qualitative Nachweis des Oxytetracyclins wurde untersucht. Die angewandte chemische Probe ist spezifisch für Tetracycline, und gemäss der Untersuchungen wird die als Grundlage der Auswertung dienende Farbenreaktion durch die eine gute Umwandlung der Futter sichernden M ittel Zinkbacitiacin, Flavomycin und Penicilline nicht beeinflusst. Of the antibiotics unsuitable for raising the yields, only the qualitative detection of Oxytetracycline was studied. The applied chemical test is specific for tetracyclines. According to the investigations, zinc bacitracin, flavomycin and penicillins securing a favourable conversion of feeds do not interfere with the colour reaction serving as a basis of evaluation. The qualitative test in its form modified by the author can be carried out quickly and is suitable also for controls performed on the spot. |
