Tartalmi kivonat:The task of risk analysis is to estimate the risks associated with the hazards present in the food chain and to prevent or reduce potential harm with risk management and risk communication. Measures related to the restriction of the marketing of certain products are connected to the latter. In our article, related concepts are reviewed and the most important results of the representative consumer survey of the National Food Chain Safety Office (henceforward: NFCSO) on product recall are presented.
