| Tartalmi kivonat: | The inspiration of this essay was the results of an representative disquisition in 2000, which detected that the respondents have utilized state housing subsidies less than the help of the smaller community like family and employer. Though the citizens' right for living — as a constitutional right — cannot be determined provided that the right for social safety succeeds, the government must take responsibility of this question. The fundamentals of housing subsidy system are provided by direct subvention, interest subsidy and other support of the local government. Besides these the renting of the house and flat property of the local government helps solving social issues as well, I may further mention that with statutory consitions housing benefit, (otthonteremtésitámogatás)can be stated and in case of housing loan recovery tax credit is claimable. In our essay we discuss several issues of law and have tried to make demonstrations using empiric data. |
