Tartalmi kivonat: | Legal assay of writings can highlight the hidden background of novels, which can supplement the story. The main character of Franz Kafka’s The Trial is Josef K., who got colds in the novel. This fact creates an adequate take-off to monitoring the development of social insurance. This progress has been started at the end of the 19th century, which is close to the writing of the novel. There are periods in the life of individuals when they cannot present their needs, in this case, social institutions can supply them. But these institutions were different in constructions or in financial ways. The model of insurance of Bismarck was an important step in the period of development, which had an effect on the system of other countries. The regulation of Hungarian social insurance has changed several times since the first act, which was adopted in 1891. As a result of social, political, occupational influences new supplies were born. As we can see, the present form of social insurance is a result of a long process. |
