| Tartalmi kivonat: | Purpose of my study creating of a complex system on elderly care — using the vocational publications' achievements and articles — which contains all solution that on the one hand curing current system's defects, on the other hand giving some help the need of elderly care. . The future ways, trends were sorted to three main groups. The basic of my sorting was that possibility how to influence the need of elderly care — preventing of need, relieve the supply of need and managing of need. Preventing of elderly care means that possibilities, arrangements which reduce need of care or the during of that need or ideally help to avoid the development of this need. I made this preventing for two sections — retain of health and retain public activity. There are two ways to relive the supply of need. One way is about the personal condition which boosts the number of active aged population influencing the financing of elderly care. These posibilities are program of increasing child-number, urging of immigration and rolling back of illegal or hidden work. Other way is about the material conditions which helping the care — care by the state or care by non-state organizations — of elderly people with new technologic solutions Managing of need signifies the legal methods of treating of elderly care. In my view there are two directions: correcting of present-day legal issues and creating of a new complex legal model. |
