Tartalmi kivonat:Among the icons of old family homes we can find the depiction of the Holy Trinity, as well. The congregation also expressed his adoration by the dedication of the churches and raising statues. In Kunszentmárton, a small town on the Great Hungarian Plain there was a Holy Trinity chapel built in the year of the plague in 1739. The Holy Trinity is one of the main patrons in the trouble of plague. During the epidemic several people made a will in flavour of this chapel. Close to the parish church in 1831 people raised a statue to the veneration of the Holy Trinity. Sunday they arranged a procession to the column of the Holy Trinity and prayed the Holy Trinity litany. In one of the cemetary chapels there is an oil-painting in which the Holy Trinity is crowning Virgin Mary. This picture was given by three couples in 1881. In the church there is a fresco made in 1910 on the ceiling of the sanctuary depicting the Holy Trinity. On Holy Trinity Sunday the taylors went under their flag to the church and had a mass said for the living and deceased members of their trade. In the other cementary chapel of the town there is a procession flag with the depiction of St. Barbara and with her typical iconography. She was arrested in a tower by her pagan father. St. Barbara had three windows cut on the tower explaining with this to her father the essence of the Holy Trinity: the three windows belong to the same, one tower like the three divine persons belong to unique God.
