An ecclesiastic legal entity can establish an NGO (foundation), but an NGO is not allowed to establish an ecclesiastic legal entity. From the financial point of view internal ecclesiastic legal entities have the same subsidy opportunities as public interest NGO-s. Most of the ecclesiastic subsidies are paid indirectly, via the ecclesiastic centre to the ecclesiastic legal entity.The state provides active subsidy (subsidy financed from personal income tax) to both types of entities and some passive subsidies, like subjective tax benefits, grantor’s benefits and voluntary activity. | |
