| Tartalmi kivonat: | Contemporary globalization both requires and permits the re-casting of national and international law away from a “society of states” model and toward a true model of a global society, or even a global community. Effectively eliminating both time and space as factors in social interaction, globalization is changing the nature of global and local social relations, which intensifies the obsolescence of the “society of local authorities within states model” and demands a fundamental change in the social theories of national, international and local relationships toward a global society of persons. As a matter of fact it is about the people of our global or local world. The law of a society of states can be refashioned into the global public local law in a global society and that is I have wanted to introduce and maybe I could give some answers about these questions. |
