Tartalmi kivonat:Modern societies’ social policy is increasingly interested in restorative practices based on the principle of social inclusion. The use of restorative methods supports social cohesion, allows disadvantaged communities to retain their full membership in society and to promote the full realization of integration. In the future, it would be important to create the legal framework for the use of mediators in public administration, in the legislation governing local self-governments, as this experience suggests that it would effectively support disadvantaged groups’ access to the law at local level. It is necessary to provide adequate information to the public, to make customers aware of the agreement and in this the media have a key role to play.
