| Tartalmi kivonat: | In this study I present the results of research based on the main ideas of Dezsõ Várkonyi Hildebrand in the journal called A Cselekvés Iskolája. The aim of my research was to trace back the origins of this early 20th century methodological journal in terms of formation and structure. Having taken a look at all the studies of Várkonyi published in the journal, I was trying to formulate an overall picture of his thinking by elaborating on his thoughts on nurturing and how well he was received. Based on my findings, I have come to the conclusion that there is a need for further research even though the journal has been ahead of its time. As most of the schools have subscribed to it and the fact that Várkonyi’s various topics cover wide of spectrum of knowledge, it can be firmly stated that it has a serious impact on teachers. |
