| Tartalmi kivonat: | The interpretation of the right to social security rights has changed multiple times since the regime change in Hungary. The former Constitution contained two relevant provisions but its several provisions correlated to the right to social security rights. The Constitutional Court has interpreted the decision of the content of the social security law taking into account the relevant rules of the international law. The Constitution changed significantly the content of the social security law as the law has not been a subjective issue but a goal state. This attitude is confirmed by the Constitutional Court's practice since 2012. the Hungarian law also oriented for this attitude. |
