The introduction of this method is a very spread beyond the basic salary bonus system, which is important for the workers' benefit and win-win for the company and its employees-if it works well. Another important part of my research that working in the private sector generating companies are working continuously improvement of their processes, waste reduction, which is one way you implement the lean philosophy, and use of this tools. This study main indicators related to production employee incentives and lean tools examine the relationship through a corporate example. During my study I performed linear regression analysis, thereby seeking their response to the introduction of the 5S method and a new employee incentive scheme has successfully supported by the main production indicators, such as increasing the efficiency of the production.
