| Tartalmi kivonat: | Nowadays, business networks, clusters and co-operations have become more widespread phenomena. This study analyzes the specificities, motivations and practices of the cooperations concerning a special circle of enterprises based on the empirical findings of a Hungarian-Romanian common research project. One of the main objectives of the research was to identify and characterise the potentially cooperating circle of enterprises among the Békés and Csongrád county SMEs in Hungary. For that reason, we made a detailed analysis of the forms of manifestation, relation, frequency and importance of existing (and nonexisting) cooperations among the enterprises of the two counties and the role of their cooperation with universities and research institutes, which could contribute to the improvement of the innovation potential. |
