Tartalmi kivonat:Different project management approaches were investigated considering the planning phase. While for traditional projects several techniques can be applied, for agile project (e. g. software development projects) only models are available, however, a flexible logic planning method is necessary. In this study I introduce a matrix-based method which is very useful in those cases when tasks can be prioritized and some tasks can be omitted from the projects because of the given constraints. This method can represent both the uncertainty of the task occurrences and the relationships. Based on these uncertain values of the so called Project Expert Matrix different possible solutions can be specified in two steps. First the tasks are chosen, then the realization way of the tasks is determined. Two different algorithms (a full evaluation and a greedy algorithm) were worked out for determining the feasible solutions and selecting the optimal one. Several applications were developed for supporting the planning.
