(Giehll-Moss 2009) On the other hand, there are alsó considerable inventory problems in the case of human capital and human resources management. A significant question could be: how can we manage the change in human capital inventory? (Okeudo 2012) Companies implemented mass-layoffs because of the crisis but is it the right track to survive? Can companies replace those human resources which were lost during the crisis? What happens with the companies in the recovery and replacement phase? I would like to elucidate whether the supply of human resources could be understood as a human capital inventory problem.
