Tartalmi kivonat: | Benefits of the employee commitment are obvious for the organizations; employee commitment helps maintain interest in the organizational goals, results lower workplace absenteeism and higher personal work performance while improving OCB. The purpose of the research is to introduce the five-component model of the employee commitment where we demonstrate that besides the factors of the three-component model of the organizational commitment (by Meyer and Allen), the individual's relevant organizational behavior and workplace attitudes are also influenced by the professional commitment and the so-called deliberate commitment. It is assumed that the appearance of the last factor above may be caused by the prolonged aftermaths of the economic crisis in Hungary. According to our empirical research I define the correlation between the deliberate commitment and other commitment factors. Then, finally I address the features and workplace behavior of Generation Y related to the commitment factors above. |
