| Tartalmi kivonat: | Numerous of the analysis on MERCOSUR–the most prosperous economic block of the present Latin America –, focused onthe presentation of economic and trade achievements of the organization. Th e origin of this fact lies in the same aims of the proyect that correspond mostly to trade and ecomonic areas. However in the beginning of the formulation of the MERCOSUR (during the 1980s) the fi rst steps of approchment between Argentina and Brasil were political and diplomatic ones. During the 1990s and aft er 2000 it can be observed that political orientation of MERCOSUR got stronger year by yearinstead of the exaggerate trade and economic importance of the organization. Th en, aft er the foundation of the MERCOSUR Parlament (2006) a new period was startedin the history of the organization that makes its infl uenceup to the present time.In this paper are presented some aspects of „political MERCOSUR” by three diferent point of views: historical, spatial and institutional aspects. |
