It contains the definition of personality and also its developmental stages. I considered it to be important to understand teacher's situation in school. The next part includes the definition of motivation, which is essential to be mentioned to see what do I mean by it. From this chapter we can also learn the different groups of motivation and their interpretation concerning to students. The last part of this chapter is about how a teacher's personality influence learners. The fourth chapter contains the results and consequences of a survey from three age groups. The results are represented in charts. The fifth part of the thesis is about progress; how teachers can become more influential. In the last chapter I draw the conclusions of this work. | |
