From the world of comedies it combines the genres of Farce, Court Masque and Occassional drama. In the beginning of the chapters I will describe the different genres in generally, then analyse their appearances in the play. I am going to use quotations to support my statements, and in the last chapter I will demonstrate the theatrical stage conditions in the Elizabethan Age and the theatrical peculiarities in the play in order to exhibit the presences of the genres on stage. | |
