On a further development of the method a procedure has been evolved for the separation of these vitamins from premixes and fodders. Subsequent to the saponification of the samples a separation carried out in a reversed stable phase and detection by UV were applied. The interfering effect of the saponification and of some antioxidants were investigated. Die in der Literatur beschriebene Methode der Flüssigkeitschromatographie wurde von den Autoren zur Bestimmung von Vitamin A und Vitamin E angewendet. Durch eine weitere Entwicklung der Methode erhielt man ein Verfahren zur Trennung dieser Vitamine von Premixen und Futtermitteln. Nach der Verseifung der Muster wurde eine Abtrannung auf einer verkehrten stabilen Phase mittels UV-Nachweis angewendet. Die störende Wirkung der Verseifung und einiger Antioxydationsmittel wurde untersucht. Les auteurs ont adapté une méthode de Chromatographie en phase liquide rapportée dans la bibliographie pour la détermination les vitamines A et E. II ont développé cette méthode pour faire propre ä la séparation des vitamines dans les fourrages. I Is ont employé une UV-détection aprés la saponification et la séparation en phase stationnaire inverse. La saponification et Faction troublante de certains antioxidants ont été analysées. | |
