As an example, we can mention the area of the agriculture, where drones can be used a wide range of purposes. To illustrate it with a few examples: damage assessment; mapping; search for bee pastures; spraying in places difficult to access with conventional machinery; data collection and analysis. Two Commission Regulations were published in March and May 2019, respectively, which laid down provisions specifically related to unmanned aircraft ( Commission Regulations (EU) 2019/945 and (EU) 2019/947). The measures of Regulation (EU) 2019/947 establishing provisions on drone operations. This Regulation authorizes the Member States to promulgate detailed rules concerning the registration, rules on flights performed by unmanned aircraft, the detailed rules of registration and training of unmanned aircraft pilots, the rules for designating training organizations, the detailed rules for the operation of unmanned aircraft, and rules for their maintenance. The Hungarian enforcement provisions appeared in several different levels of legislation, so the aim of this study is to summarize the basic information required for legal drone use. | |
