The historical research of the Hungarian legal education has shown the special reasons that led to different systems among the same legal cultures surround the country. It has been found that the main reason was the socalled “red tape” education so that the future lawyers would be a member of bureaucracy. This method and thinking ability has pervaded trough centuries of Hungarian legal instruction and it can be felt nowadays as well. But of course in this country there were other processions that led to the conformation of the Hungarian instruction system to the European “mainstream”. From the end of the twentieth century, perhaps this process probably will continue into the 21st century. But in this work I tried to draw attention to the repeated failures of our country’s legal instruction development. | |
