| Tartalmi kivonat: | The doctrine of Holy Trinity is the basis and expression of Christian unity. The study gives a short survey of related teachings of the Calvinist church during the 16,h-17th century. Next, the author examines the role of the doctrine of Holy Trinity in the piety of small Calvinist communities in the 18th century. He analyses in detail the written texts of the visions experienced by János Szentpéteri Juhász (1724), József Gál (1834) and György Schulcz (1751) and the thoughts in the texts about the persons of Holy Trinity. He claims that the doctrine emerging from the Calvinist folk visions about the Holy Trinity and its interpretation corresponds to the teachings of the reformers. |
