Following the introductory-preparatory lesson - language and language usage in the second half of the old Hungarian era, Hungarian codex literature, the Munich Codex as a linguistic record and the Hungarian translations of the New Testament - the course deals with text analysis. The analysis is conducted at three levels: (1) the linguistic and social prerequisites and characteristics of the creation and reception of the text are clarffied; (2) the structural characteristics of the text, the connections of the text sentences, the meaning relations and cohesive tools are revealed; and finally, especially in our case, (3) with the analysis of the syntactic, morpho-syntactic and semanto-syntactic tools, the discussion of the linguistic characteristics is to follow. | |
