The answer have looked for in my researche, that this different attitude is displayed in the performance appraisal, and measurement. My research method was to analyze own survey which consists of 207-piece sample taken from SME family business, review the Hungarian and international literature, process other opinions of Hungarian expert of family business and examine international survey made by KPMG. | |
