The different definitions of workplace integration and the formal and informal parts of the integration process are analysed. The literature pays little attention to the important assignments in Human Resources and/or management activities during the integration process, so these assignments are introduced, too. These assignments are listed in the same sequentially like the examination's results are presented. In this paper the organizational side of the process is highlighted not the individual (newcomer's) area. In the second part of this essay the circumstances of an American case study examination are presented. In the next part of the paper the results of the case study are analysed. Besides the unstructured observation the company's employee and employer handbook are also used for the analytical part of the essay. Finally, the consequences and the most important information are summarized. | |
