The distribution of sulphur in upper cretaceous brown coals from Ajka (Central Transdanubia, Hungary)

In this study 25 brown coal samples have been examined from Ajka (J6kai mine). The total sulphur content of the studied Upper Cretaceous brown coals is highly variable abundances range from 2.1% to 9.7%, mean 5.1%.
